Welcome to a yoga weekend at Snapparp's farm in beautiful Österlen. Join us in this calm, green and comfortable environment to get an extra energy boost before the autumn/winter season. The weekend (Fri evening to Sunday afternoon) includes Ashtanga Yoga Mysore style and guided class in the morning, theme classes plus a lecture on Ayurveda on the evening. In addition you may enjoy a forest walk and sauna between classes. See the detailed program below. The price for the weekend includes two nights accommodation, all yoga tuition, vegetarian brunch and dinner as well as tea/coffee and snacks between meals.
We stay in shared rooms and everyone helps out with cooking and household chores during the weekend. There are 10 beds but there is an opportunity for more people to participate if you arrange accommodation on your own. However, the number of participants is limited in order for the retreat to be as personalized as possible.
Snapparp's farm outside St Olof, on Österlen is owned by Sussie and Lars Nicklasson. The house and surroundings are also inhabited by some cats and chickens. It is close to both Gyllebosjön and white beaches of Knäbäckshusen. Around the farm there are also cattle pastures as well as beautiful beech forest. We prioritise participants who book the full weekend. When booking, please let us know about any allergies and any preferences for room sharing. Refunds cannot be made if cancellation occurs later than 30 days before (if you cancel earlier an administrative fee of 300kr will be deducted from the refund). You can give your place to the one who is first on the waiting list.
