Ashtanga Yoga Malmö offers daily yoga tuition, mostly in the format of so-called Mysore-style classes (self-practice with personal guidance). We also teach special foundation courses in ashtanga yoga, yin yoga as well as yoga for stress reduction and relaxation.
In our mysore classes we mainly work with the ashtanga yoga sequences as a framework, but our aim is to be responsive to each individual's needs and personal situation. Ashtanga Yoga Malmö believes in flexibility of mind and follows a non-dogmatic approach. We believe that yoga is [one] tool that can help improve your everyday life, your health as well as the relationship to yourself and others. We therefore also work with methods developed by Trauma Sensitive Yoga (Traumaanpassad Yoga Sverige) and th Minded Institute.
