Ashtanga Yoga Malmö offers daily yoga tuition in the format of so-called Mysore-style classes (self-practice with personal guidance). We also teach special foundation courses as well as yoga for stress reduction and relaxation. We work mainly with the ashtanga yoga sequences as a framework, but our aim is to be responsive to each individual's needs and personal situation. Classes are taught by authorised teacher Isabella Nitschke and/or one of our experienced and qualified assisting teachers. Isabella has the blessing of Sharath Jois to share and teach the Primary and Intermediate series of ashtanga yoga. Read more about all our teaching team here.
