Schedule

The summer schedule runs between 24th June to 31st August. Scroll down to see an overview of class timings and to find temporary schedule changes at the bottom of the page. More summer offers are available here

The shala opens 15 min before class and you have access to the premises then. All classes are drop-in except for beginners courses and workshops which require pre-registration (detailed information about upcoming courses can be found here). The latest drop-in is 60min before the end of class. Please start your finishing sequence at latest with 20 minutes to go so that you can be finished and showered/changed when the class time is over.

On weekdays existing cardholders may come for self-practice (unassisted) after the Mysore class in case you over sleep or had to work late. Beginners should attend a course before coming to Mysore class. For a detailed description of our classes see the our class descriptions.

One Sunday a month Mysore class is replaced by a guided FULL primary series class. The class suits all levels except complete beginners, BUT please be on time (no entry after class has begun). After class we gather for tea&talk on a yoga related theme. All dates for guided class are listed in the overview schedule.

You need a code to enter the building, therefore we ask you contact us per email before you come to practice the first time (at latest 24h before your visit). Our address with a map to our location is found on the contact page. For everybody’s comfort please observe the shala guidelines when you come to practice.

MONDAY 24 JUNE to FRIDAY 28 JUNE Helena covers the morning mysore classes 06-08:45. No self-practice these days.

SUNDAY 30 JUNE Isabella teaches the morning mysore class at 08:45-11

15-31 AUGUST Lisa Norén covers the morning mysore classes Mon-Fri (not Sunday 14, 20, 28 July when we are closed)

AUGUST

THURSDAY 1 AUGUST Isabella resumes teaching

SUNDAY 4 AUGUST Isabella teaches the morning mysore class at 08:45-11

FRIDAY 9 AND SUNDAY 11 AUGUST the shala is closed

SUNDAY 18 & 25 AUGUST Isabella teaches the morning mysore class at 08:45-11

SUNDAY 25 AUGUST there’s an OPEN HOUSE after morning mysore at 11:15-14:30. Read more here

SEPTEMBER

SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 1 the autum schedule starts with a guided Primary series class at 9 a.m. followed by tea&talk on a yoga-related topic.

TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 3 Helena teaches the morning mysore 06-08:45. No self-practice this day, please be done by 08:45.

ON THE WEEKEND OF 8-9 SEPTEMBER, all regular classes are canceled due to a weekend workshop with guest teacher Tim Feldmann. Advance booking is required. Read more here
