Welcome to Ashtanga Yoga Malmö

We are a yoga school dedicated to sharing the practice of Ashtanga Yoga with origins from Mysore, India. Since 2013 we offer daily yoga classes and at a central location in Malmö. We collaborate with Medborgarskolan and teach within their premises at Värnhemstorget. We also occasionally arrange courses and workshops at other locations
