 Yin yoga is a calm and relaxing type of yoga where you give yourself time 
 to 'just be'. We let go of all performance\, expectation or the impulse to
  'do' something and practice being in the moment and to feel the body.\nIn
  yin yoga\, each position is entered with the assistance of gravity and to
 gether with a focus on breathing\; we help our muscles to relax. We stay i
 n each position for about 3-5 minutes: in this way\, the connective tissue
 /fascia that holds all the body's organs and muscles together is stimulate
 d and stretched.\nYin yoga is a good complement to other physical activity
  such as running or more dynamic yoga styles\, and is particularly suitabl
 e if you feel stiff. Everyone is welcome regardless of experience!\nClass 
 structure:\n\nGrounding on the mat - light movements to sense the body.\nY
 in yoga positions\nBreathing exercises/Meditation/Silence.\n\nTime: Thursd
 ays at 17:30 – 18:45 starting on 18/9-2025 a total of 10 sessions (with a
