Friday-fun are classes with special themes that we run once a month. The aim of the class is to give participants a chance to deepen their understanding of different types of asanas. You may participate in all 4 sessions or only single sessions; however taking part in all of them will give you a better all round experience. In the autumn of 2021 classes are held on the following dates: 17/9, 8/10, 12/11 and 10/12. Time: 17:00-19:00

The theme for the second class on 8/10 is:  "Vinyasa - find the flow in your practice" - learn "lift up / jump back" and the basics of hand-standing.

The Friday-fun workshops explore asanas in a playful way where we practice differently than in the Mysore room. Focus is on deepening our understanding and experience of the basic principles and function of each yogasana. The aim is to inspire participants and give them new insights and tools that will allow them to dig deeper into their own yoga practice. Each class is built on a special theme that incorporates asanas [mainly] from the primary and intermediate series of Ashtanga yoga. We explore both easier and more advanced postures. Classes are open to all levels of yoga practitioners but not suitable to complete beginners.

Registration: through our partner Medborgarskolan (The number of places are limited and pre-registration is required)
