 Yin yoga is a calm and relaxing type of yoga where you give yourself time 
 to 'just be' and let go of all performance\, expectation or the impulse to
  'do' something. We practice being in the moment and to feel the body.\nIn
  yin yoga\, each position is entered with the assistance of gravity\; with
  focus on the breath we help the muscles to relax. We stay in each positio
 n for about 3-5 minutes. In this way\, the connective tissue/fascia that h
 olds all the body's organs and muscles together is stimulated and stretche
 d.\nYin yoga is a good complement to other physical activity such as runni
 ng or more dynamic yoga styles\, and is particularly suitable if you feel 
 stiff. Everyone is welcome regardless of experience!\nClass structure:\n\n
 Grounding on the mat - light movements to sense the body.\nYin yoga positi
 ons\nBreathing exercises/Meditation/Silence.\n\nTime: Thursdays at 17:30 –
  18:45 starting on 17/9-2026 a total of 10 sessions (with a break during t
