 The weekend of January 10-11th 2026\, we invite you to a city-retreat at o
 ur shala in Malmö\, Värnhem For two whole days\, we practice yoga together
 \, go through some basic principles of Ashtanga yoga such as breath techni
 que and bandha application\; vinyasa (coordinated breathing and movement)\
 ; explore mobility and strength through physical exercises and drills foll
 owed by slowing down with yin yoga\, meditation and mindfulness. At lunch 
 time\, we will have brown bag lunch together with Q&amp\;A where the teach
 ers answer your questions (bring your own lunch and prepared questions). L
 et's start 2026 as a community and lay a good foundation for the coming ye
 ar.\nThe weekend is open to all levels of practitioners but requires some 
 foundational experience of Ashtanga yoga (beginners are expected to have t
 aken a beginner’s course and be familiar with sun salutations as well as t
 he standing sequence in Ashtanga yoga). It is possible to participate on o
